Lexi Kierstead

Lexi Kierstead is a seasoned research professional with extensive experience in tobacco control research at Truth Initiative since June 2016, serving in various roles including Research Manager and Senior Research Associate. Key projects involve using diverse methodological approaches such as social media content analysis and longitudinal data analysis, focusing on tobacco use disparities, emerging products, and online discourse surrounding tobacco policy. Prior experience includes roles at The George Washington University’s Milken Institute School of Public Health, where Lexi contributed to the Avance Center's initiatives on adolescent health, and served as a Communications Associate at Mentor Foundation USA, developing media campaigns for substance abuse reduction. Lexi holds a Master's of Public Health in Epidemiology and a Bachelor's of Science in Public Health from The George Washington University, complemented by a robust foundation at The Severn School.
