Michael Hand is the current Product Manager at TruVideo. Prior to this, they worked as a Remote Fleet Support & Development Analyst at the University of California, Davis from August 2013 to December 2017. In this role, they developed dashboards and reports using Assetworks M5 software, created notification dashboards to alert users of work required action items, performed process analyses to deliver targeted information to service and parts staff, and automated the “vehicle maintenance due” notification system. Michael also created reports to track pending and overdue work for internal and client use.

Before their role at the University of California, Davis, Michael Hand was the Service Manager at Hanlees Auto Group from November 2011 to July 2013. In this role, they managed the Service Department of a Nissan Dealership consisting of 4 technicians and averaged 500 appointments per month. Michael increased the “Customer Service Index Score” of the Service Department from a poor rating to an excellent rating based on national scores. Michael also implemented payroll accounting for service technicians, executed customer follow-up, and solved customer concerns over a 65-hour work week.
