Chris McDonnell has a strong background in business development and sales and marketing.

Chris started their career at Rockpile Vineyards in 2020 as a Sales and Marketing Specialist. Within a year, they were promoted from a tasting room associate to manage all tele-sales for the winery. Chris achieved impressive sales results, selling over $100,000 worth of wine in just 6 months by making daily calls and creating effective email campaigns. Chris consistently met or exceeded upselling and sales targets by utilizing their excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Chris also demonstrated their strategic thinking by creating 3-5 sales campaigns per month based on target markets, holidays, and seasons.

In 2022, Chris joined Fingerprint as an Enterprise Business Development professional. Chris held this role until 2023 when they transitioned to Finch as a Business Development specialist.
