Matt Curd

Matt Curd has over 10 years of experience in project management and delivery. Matt is currently working as the Head of Project Delivery at Tryzens, a position they have held since October 2021. In this role, Matt is responsible for leading project delivery and integration of scrum processes for a fast-growing enterprise account. Matt also manages large project teams across multiple disciplines in global locations and has successfully delivered multiple replatforming projects.

Prior to their current role, Matt worked as a Senior Project Manager at Tryzens from September 2019 to October 2021. During this time, they successfully delivered multiple replatforming projects to Salesforce Commerce Cloud and BigCommerce. Matt also managed a Conversion Rate Optimisation project involving different digital marketing, CX, and delivery functions.

Before joining Tryzens, Matt worked at Capgemini as a Project Management Lead from July 2016 to August 2019. Matt also worked at Tacit Knowledge as a Consultant Project Manager from August 2015 to July 2016.

Matt's earlier experience includes working as an eCommerce Project Manager at Tryzens from September 2012 to August 2015. In this role, they led the successful delivery of re-platforming projects on Salesforce Commerce Cloud and WebSphere Commerce, as well as projects involving global teams.

Matt started their career as a QA Assistant (Internship) at E&S Heating and Ventilation from September 2010 to August 2011. In this role, they were involved in producing operational procedures and monitoring systems to achieve ISO 9001 and 14001 accreditations. Matt also produced a strategic report focused on sustainability and carbon emissions performance.

Overall, Matt Curd has a strong background in project management, delivery, and team leadership, with specific expertise in e-commerce platforms and replatforming projects.

Matt Curd attended Bournemouth University from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies with a focus on Operations Strategy and Project Management. Additionally, they have earned various certifications throughout their career, including becoming a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist through Scaled Agile, Inc. in October 2021. In November 2021, they completed the People Skills Programme at Team Sterka. In 2021, they also attained the Contentsquare Certified Partner designation from Contentsquare. Prior to that, in September 2015, they became a Certified ScrumMaster through the Scrum Alliance. Furthermore, in June 2014, they obtained the PRINCE2 Practitioner certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
