Wendy Adams has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Wendy started their career as a Lead Educator at FasTracKids International, where they delivered an early childhood enrichment education program. Wendy then worked as a Lead Educator and Curriculum Developer at Ave Maria Catholic School, where they led an after-school enrichment program and developed stimulating educational curricula.

From there, Wendy joined LearningRx as the Director of First Impressions and Trainer. In this role, they trained students with various deficiencies using cognitive skill-boosting drills and exercises. Wendy also managed the daily operations of the office and assisted in marketing and sales efforts.

Wendy then transitioned into the education field, working as an Educator in the Douglas County School District. Wendy taught students in Kindergarten, 1st grade, and 6th grade math, social studies, and electives. Wendy developed custom academic and behavior intervention plans for struggling students, resulting in measurable improvements in standardized test scores.

Afterwards, Wendy worked in the Lake Washington School District as an Educator. Wendy developed programs to meet the educational needs of students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), collected and analyzed data to adapt curriculum and strategies, and managed a staff of assistants.

Wendy then moved into the field of special education as an Academic Intervention Specialist and Implementation Coach at Seneca Family of Agencies. Wendy assisted Seattle Public Schools with corrective action plans in special education, provided training on IEP best practices, and worked with school administration to improve service delivery and the working environment.

In 2017, Wendy joined Aegis Living as the Life Enrichment Director and later became the Director of Operations and Community Care Director. Wendy managed a team of caregivers and developed and maintained care plans for residents. Wendy also coordinated communication between Aegis management, care staff, resident families, and external caregiving partners.

Wendy then held the position of Executive Director at Cascadia Senior Living & Fieldstone Communities. Wendy led Fieldstone's Issaquah Memory Care location, ensuring a high level of care, planning, budgeting, operations, and compliance. Wendy managed a team of directors and partnered with the sales staff to achieve maximum occupancy.

Most recently, Wendy worked at iN2L as the CMP Manager - Client Success and the Regional Sales Manager for Senior Living, Life Enrichment & Memory Care Solutions. Wendy managed client success as well as regional sales in the senior living industry.

Currently, Wendy is the Director of Program Partnerships at TSOLife, where they continue to utilize their expertise in the senior living industry.

Wendy Adams has obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education and Teaching from Western Washington University. Wendy has also earned an Associate's Degree from Bellevue College. In addition, they hold a Home Care Aid Certification from Cornerstone Health, which they obtained in 2018.
