What You’ll Do:
Drive Growth & Profitability: You will establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, resulting in growth and sustained business success.
Lead with Impact: Deliver high-impact sales presentations and lead strategic business development plans to create new opportunities.
Collaborate with the Best: Work closely with our Operations, Estimating, and Marketing teams to ensure we deliver exceptional customer service and top-notch proposals.
Make Your Mark in the Industry: Build and maintain strong connections within the local construction community through active involvement in industry groups like ABC, TCA, and more.
Exceed Sales Targets: You’ll be part of a winning team that consistently meets and exceeds sales goals. Your results will speak for themselves!
What You Bring to the Table:
Experience: You have 5+ years of Business Development experience and direct sales expertise in the commercial concrete industry. You understand what it takes to grow business and deliver results.
Strategic Mindset: You have the ability to craft and implement strategic business development plans that make a real difference.
Excellent Communication: Your strong verbal and written communication skills make you a natural at building relationships and collaborating with both internal teams and external partners.
Goal-Oriented: You are driven to meet and exceed sales targets, with a proven track record of success.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Attend weekly pipeline meetings to review progress and set future goals.
Collaborate closely with the Estimating and Marketing departments to support business development initiatives.
Develop and nurture relationships with customers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to promote our tilt-wall and industrial floor systems.
Stay ahead of the curve by researching industry news, identifying potential projects, and uncovering new business opportunities.
Play an integral role in the bid process, including preparing pre-qualification packages and assisting in proposal submissions.
Provide insightful recommendations to the Senior Management Team on new market opportunities and strategies for improving sales penetration.
Work closely with senior leadership on Best and Final Offers (BAFO) and ensure accurate sales pipeline reporting.
