David Rasch

David Rasch has extensive work experience in operations and manufacturing roles. David is currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations at TT Electronics plc. Previously, they worked at CPC - Colder Products Company as the Director of Manufacturing. Prior to that, David had a long tenure at Pentair, where they held various roles including Operations/Materials Manager, Lean Manager, and Lean Coordinator. David also worked at Porous Media, where they held positions as a Product Development Engineer and Operations Manager. Throughout their career, David has demonstrated expertise in managing teams, implementing lean practices, developing strategies for production and inventory planning, and achieving breakthrough objectives in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

David Rasch attended the University of Minnesota from 1986 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
