Andrea Campbell

Andrea Campbell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Team Lead at TTEC since April 2024, Andrea has previously held several positions at Care Solace, including QA Manager Supervisor and QA Manager Specialist, as well as roles in sales and billing at Bulluna and Simplex Group. Past experience also includes customer service positions at Office Sense, Collective Solution, Convergys, and a managerial role at Victoria's Secret. Andrea is pursuing higher education at Universidad Privada San Pedro, where studies commenced in 2012.
