Erin Friend

Erin Friend is an experienced professional with a significant background in identity management and onboarding processes. Currently serving as the Director of ID Management & On-boarding Guides at TTEC since September 2009, Erin is responsible for ensuring newly hired and transferred employees are adequately prepared for their roles and have support throughout their onboarding experience. Prior roles at TTEC included Sr. Manager of ID Management and Manager of GWFM ID Management, overseeing teams responsible for various identity management tasks. Earlier in career, Erin worked as a Mail Carrier for USPS and as General Manager at Churchill Coffee Company, where responsibilities included staff management and implementation of operational procedures. Erin holds education from Ozarks Technical Community College, completed between 2000 and 2003.
