Halil Kutay

Halil Kutay is an experienced aerospace engineer currently serving as a Chief Researcher at TUBITAK since June 2006. Prior to this position, Halil Kutay worked as an Aeronautical Engineer at Roketsan Missiles Inc. from July 2002 to November 2005. Halil Kutay has an extensive educational background from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi, where a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering were obtained, as well as a current pursuit of a PhD in the same field, which spans from 2009 to 2021. Halil Kutay completed secondary education at Ankara High School of Science from 1994 to 1997.
