Ralph F. Manning

Ralph has represented businesses and individuals for over 35 years in transactional and business law matters including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, intellectual property, succession planning, corporate governance, real estate and estates & trusts issues.

Ralph represents businesses of various sizes and types from start-up to Fortune 100 firms, and has handled a broad range of business transactional matters. He has served as both outside and inside General Counsel for many businesses. Ralph has participated in many merger, acquisition and sale transactions, and he has extensive experience representing either the acquiring or the acquired party in many U.S. and foreign jurisdictions on five continents. Ralph also is an experienced intellectual property attorney and a licensed patent attorney.

Prior to joining private practice, Ralph served as General or Assistant General Counsel and an officer of Allied-Signal, Inc., Echlin Inc. and Eltra Corporation.
