Kevin Skinner has a diverse work experience spanning several positions and companies. Kevin started their career in 2006 as the Managing Partner at Priority Management, a global leader in professional development training. In this role, they focused on increasing productivity in the workplace. Kevin then transitioned to Tucson Electric Power in 2017, where they held various positions, including Manager of Corporate Learning & Development and Director of Organizational Effectiveness & Change Leadership. Currently, they serve as the Director of Culture and Organizational Change at Tucson Electric Power. Additionally, from 1994 to 2019, they provided senior leadership and spoke at gatherings for Aldea, a progressive spiritual community.
