Jennifer Biagio

Jennifer Biagio is the Administrator & MSC Director at TULARE COUNTY OFFICE OF EDUCATION. Jennifer has over 9 years of experience in public education, including 7 years as a resource specialist. Jennifer has a passion for helping English Language Learners and utilizing best practices with Response to Intervention. Jennifer is certified in Behavior Intervention Case Management, Functional Behavior Analysis plan writing, and has leadership experience in PBIS systems for school wide behavior strategies. Jennifer has also served as a SARB board panelist representing special education students, and has been a leader on various committees and a presenter for various professional development workshops in RTI, behavior, and special education topics.

Jennifer Biagio completed their Doctor of Education at George Fox University in Educational Leadership and Administration. Jennifer also holds an M.S. in Administrative Services from Fresno Pacific University, an MS in Special Education from National University, and a BS in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University. In addition, they have a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Pacific Union College and is certified in Functional Behavior Analysis and Behavior Intervention Case Manager from the Tulare County Office of Education.

They work with Sarah Smigiera - Director, External Business Services, Anabel González - Director, Migrant Education Program, Region VIII, and Danny Santana - Director, Choices After School Program. Jennifer Biagio reports to Tim A. Hire, County Superintendent of Schools.
