In their most recent position as the EHS Lead, Wells Engineering at Tullow Oil, Douglas coordinated all aspects of EHS management for the deep-water drilling development of TEN and Jubilee Fields. Douglas designed and implemented EHS Assurance Plans and developed annual and quarterly EHS plans for onshore and offshore operations.

Prior to that, at Harbour Energy, Douglas served as the Decommissioning Project HSE Lead and the Well Engineering HSE Lead for the Solan P3 Project, overseeing safety, health, and environmental aspects during drilling and completions.
