Lisa S. began their work experience in 2002 as a Customer Service Representative at Telewest. Lisa worked in a high-pressure call center environment, answering inbound customer fault calls and resolving first line issues with digital/analogue television and telephone services. Lisa then joined Solar Communications in 2005 as a Service Support Supervisor & Trainer, where they supervised a team and provided training.

In 2012, Lisa joined Mango Solutions as a Senior Support Administrator. Lisa'sresponsibilities included liaising with internal teams and suppliers, logging customer communication on a fault tracking system, creating reports, and taking meeting minutes. Lisa was later seconded to support the Software Testing Team, where they conducted functional testing and identified test cases based on business requirements. In 2018, they were promoted to Sales Operations Manager and was responsible for managing sales operations, providing reports and analysis to the management team, and supporting the sales team.

Lisa joined Ascent in 2020 as a Sales Operations Manager, where they continued to manage sales operations. Lisa then moved to Tumelo in 2022, initially as a Sales Operations Manager and later as a Sales Operations and Events Lead.

Lisa S. attended De Montfort University from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Performing Arts. Lisa'sfield of study specialized in Arts Administration. Additionally, they earned a certification as a Mental Health First Aid Champion from MHFA England® in April 2023.
