Ernesto Spruyt

Ernesto Spruyt has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple years. Ernesto is the founder of Tunga, a social enterprise that aims to create job opportunities for African youth in the field of software engineering. Additionally, Ernesto has worked as an independent business coach and interim-manager, providing support and mentorship to startups and entrepreneurs in the Dutch startup ecosystem. Ernesto has also served as a project leader at TMG DigitalX, where they managed the internal acceleration program and coached participating teams. Earlier in their career, Ernesto held positions such as Chief of Growth at Mobbr crowdpayments, Business Development Manager at Solidaridad, and Managing Partner at Larive Russia. Ernesto also worked as a project manager at Petroplus Engineering.

Ernesto Spruyt completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality Management from Zuyd Hogeschool | Zuyd University of Applied Sciences from 1993 to 1998. Ernesto then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Business Administration from Radboud University, which they completed from 1998 to 2000.
