Ann Marie Rapacciuolo

Ann Marie Rapacciuolo has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Ann Marie is currently serving as the Senior Director of People Rewards & Analytics at Turnitin, a position they have held since 2016. Prior to that, they worked at Bio-Rad Laboratories for a significant period, first as the Global Benefits and HR Business Systems Manager from 2005 to 2011, and later as the HR Operations Manager from 2011 to 2015. Before joining Bio-Rad Laboratories, they worked at AMP Consulting Inc. as a Health & Welfare Benefit Consultant from 2002 to 2005. Their earlier roles include working as a Technical Analyst at Northwest Benefit Planning from 1997 to 2002, and an Associate Broker at Tri-City Insurance Brokers from 1993 to 1996. Ann Marie began their career as an Actuarial Associate at Towers Watson in 1987, where they worked until 1993.

Ann Marie Rapacciuolo obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Actuarial Science from St. John's University, where they attended from 1987 to 1991. Ann Marie has also obtained several certifications in various subjects such as critical thinking, political savvy, diversity and inclusion, employee experience, organization design, employee engagement, and human resources pay strategy from LinkedIn, with the most recent certification obtained in 2018.
