Gerardo Morales Ayala

Gerardo Morales Ayala has extensive work experience in the field of quality assurance (QA) and project administration. Gerardo started their career as a Técnico en Procesos TI at Mutual de Seguros de Chile in 2007 and worked there until 2010.

In 2010, Gerardo joined Multicaja S.A. where they served as an Analista QA. During their time at Multicaja, they were responsible for creating and implementing the QA department. Gerardo also managed projects related to QA and handled various tasks such as server administration, database management, and monitoring of webservices and transactional switches. Gerardo's notable projects include certifications for the Multicaja portal, services like mobile POS, backend applications, and various payment services.
