Director, Customer Experience at TutorMe

Andrew Graves has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Andrew currently works at TutorMe as the Director of Customer Experience since April 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Manager of Customer Experience at TutorMe from July 2020 to April 2021.

Before joining TutorMe, Andrew worked at HopSkipDrive where they served as the Head of SafeRide Support from June 2016 to March 2020. Andrew also held the role of Manager of Live Operations at HopSkipDrive from September 2015 to May 2016.

Andrew's experience also includes working as the Social Media Lead & Retail Sales Representative at Patagonia from December 2014 to August 2015.

Andrew has also worked at Groupon, where they started as a Customer Support Specialist from August 2010 to March 2011. Andrew then transitioned to various roles within the company, including Project-based Operations for NA Risk Management from February 2014 to December 2014, and eventually became the Team Lead in Risk Management, Escalations, and Claims from March 2011 to February 2014.

Andrew'searly work experience includes working as a Sales Representative at Patagonia from May 2008 to August 2010, as well as Streetview Maps Data Gathering (through Adecco Staffing) at Google from July 2007 to October 2007.

Andrew began their career at Citi, working in Compliance and Outside Activities from February 2006 to June 2007.

Andrew Graves holds a Master of Music degree in Vocal Performance from The University of Kansas, which they completed from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance from the same university, between 1997 and 2001. In addition, Andrew Graves also obtained a certification in "Transitioning to Product Management" from LinkedIn in May 2020.
