Craig McHugh is an experienced food safety and quality assurance professional with a diverse background in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the FSQA Manager at Tutta Bella Neapolitan Pizzeria since July 2022, Craig previously held significant roles at Atomo Coffee, SaltWorks, Inc., Ostrom Mushroom Farms, Starbucks Coffee Company, and Teavana. Notable accomplishments include formalizing the Regulatory Manager position at SaltWorks, achieving a perfect SQF audit score, and leading various quality initiatives and audits across multiple organizations. Craig holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Western Michigan University.
