Aleksina Shemeikka

Aleksina Shemeikka currently serves as the VP of Global Sales & Strategy at Tuxera since October 2025. Prior to this role, Aleksina held the position of Senior Vice President of Software Quality Solutions at Qt Group, where responsibilities included leading the software quality tooling business and managing P&L while being part of the management team. Previous experience also includes roles as Engineering Lead of Customer Fulfillment at Zalando SE, Senior Lead at OP Financial Group, and strategic positions at Ingram Micro and KONE. Aleksina co-founded B7 Finland, focusing on consulting services and sourcing tools. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Corporate Finance and Entrepreneurship from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Master’s degree in Automation Engineering from Tampere University of Technology.
