Maja Baadsgaard Ingvartsen

Maja Baadsgaard Ingvartsen is an experienced professional currently working as an Incident Manager at TV 2 Danmark since December 2022, focusing on internal communication and system recovery within the Operations Center. Previously, Maja served as a teacher substitute at Danehofskolen from November 2020 to December 2022, where responsibilities included independent lesson planning and delivery. Maja also holds experience as a Shift Leader at Espresso House from August 2018 to August 2020, overseeing task delegation and team development. Maja is pursuing a Master's degree in Information Science at the University of Copenhagen, following a Bachelor's degree in International Business Communication from the University of Southern Denmark. Additionally, an exchange program in Culture, Communication, and Language at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona occurred in late 2023. Maja completed secondary education with a focus on Psychology, Social Studies, and English at Sct. Knuds Gymnasium.
