Tua Ganguly

Tua Ganguly has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Tua started their career as an HR Recruiter at Source One Management Services Pvt Ltd in 2015. Tua then moved on to Gem Source IT Consulting Pvt. Ltd. where they worked as a Talent Acquisition specialist for a brief period in 2016. Following this, they joined TechEra IT Consulting as a Sr Technical Recruiter from 2016 to 2019. In 2021, they worked as an HR Recruiter at EduPeople. Tua continued to gain experience in talent acquisition by working as a Senior Consultant at Acronmind Innovative India from March 2022 to June 2022. In 2022, they also worked as a Freelance Content Writer. Currently, they hold the position of a Recruiter at Novartis India starting from June 2023.

Tua Ganguly started their education in 1993 at Little Flower School in Dibrugarh, where they completed their Matriculation under the Secondary Education Board of Assam. Tua then went on to DHSK Commerce College and obtained their Assam Higher Secondary Education Council certification in Commerce. Tua continued their education at DHSK Commerce College and graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Business Management from Dibrugarh University. In pursuit of further education, Tua enrolled at Annamalai University from 2010 to 2012 and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Financial Management. In 2014, Tua attended Inventateq in Bengaluru for a short-term program in Digital Marketing, specifically in Site Engine Optimization (SEO) and related courses.
