Camilla B.

Camilla B. has a diverse work experience in human resources and legal roles. Camilla started their career as an Apprentice Jurist in Social Law at RATPgroup in 2018, where they primarily focused on drafting legal documents and providing legal and HR support. In 2019, they joined the Union des Fédérations de Transport as a Jurist, responsible for preparing, participating, and representing the employer delegation in negotiations and writing agreements. Camilla also conducted legal research and wrote notes. In 2021, Camilla worked as a Responsable des Ressources Humaines at INICEA, overseeing personnel management for 120 employees and handling administrative tasks such as contract drafting, time management, and leave management. Currently, they are working as a People Experience Manager at Tweag, where they collaborate with various providers and contributes to implementing HR strategies.
