Lily Thibideau

Lily Thibideau has extensive experience working in various roles within the automotive industry. Lily began their career at BBDO Worldwide as a Developer, where they supported and enhanced the Yellow Pages Billing System and designed and implemented multiple intranet applications. Lily then moved to MOTOR Information Systems, where they worked as an Application Developer, developing and maintaining .NET applications and SQL Server databases. Lily later became a Project Manager/Team Lead, leading a production team and managing multiple enterprise projects.

Currently, at Tweddle Group, they have held several roles, including Project Manager, Supervisor, and Program Manager. As a Program Manager, Lily manages a portfolio of programs related to vehicle service manuals and labor time studies, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget. Lily also works directly under the Program Manager in supporting operational objectives and leads cross-cultural teams. As a Supervisor, they managed special projects and supervised a team of project managers and program specialists. In their previous role as a Project Manager, they managed vehicle service information projects and proposed process improvement requests. Throughout their career, Lily has demonstrated strong project management skills, process improvement abilities, and the ability to lead teams successfully in achieving business goals.

Lily Thibideau obtained their Master's Degree in Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University from 1996 to 1998.
