Robert W. then pursued higher education at Washington and Lee University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from 1976 to 1980. Moving forward, Robert attended the University of South Carolina School of Law, specializing in business law, and graduated with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from 1980 to 1984. Additionally, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Darla Moore School of Business, focusing on finance, during the period of 1981 to 1983.
