Adam Beale

Adam Beale has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Adam started their career at Canon Horticulture as an Arborist, where they focused on tree maintenance and equipment servicing. Adam then worked as a GRP Laminator at Sunseeker International Ltd. In 2010, Adam transitioned to teaching English as a Foreign Language and held various teaching positions at International House Santander, Saint George's International School, and Alpha Beta Picadilly Summer School. Adam also worked as an English Language Teacher at International House Madrid, where they taught students of different ages and prepared them for Cambridge exams. Adam expanded their teaching career at The University of Sheffield as an EAP Instructor and later became a CELTA Assistant Tutor and Assistant Director of Studies at Cambridge Language School. Their responsibilities included overseeing various pedagogical, administrative, and organisational tasks. Adam also served as an External Exams Academic Manager at Cambridge Language School, where they managed communication and knowledge of Cambridge suite exams, prepared syllabuses, and mentored teachers. Currently, Adam is working at Twenix as an Educational Content Team Lead, where they oversee content creation, monitors analytics, and manages the content creator team.

Adam Beale has a professional diploma in digital learning design from the Digital Learning Institute, obtained in 2022. Prior to that, they earned a professional certificate in instructional design from the same institute in 2021. Moreover, in 2007-2008, they completed a course on Introduction to Social Sciences with a focus on criminology at The Open University. Additionally, Adam has obtained various certifications related to e-learning, instructional design, and digital learning from institutions such as LinkedIn and Newcastle University.
