Scott Proctor has an extensive work history, with notable roles and positions in various companies. In 2009, they served as the Managing Member at Integrated Services. Scott Proctor obtained a High School Diploma from Gilman School in 1989.

Scott then attended the University of Virginia from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology.

Following that, Scott pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Investments/Finance from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Scott attended the school from 1996 to 1998.
