🌱 Elkida Bazaj

Elkida Bazaj has worked in a variety of roles since 2018. In 2018, they started as an Intern at Bilanc shpk, where they worked with Java (Swing), SQL Server, Jaspersoft, Git (BitBucket), YouTrack, and Maven. They also worked on the maintenance and development of new features on a desktop based ERP System and its modules. They then became a Software Developer at Bilanc shpk, where they generated reports using Jaspersoft and SQL Server based on client requests and built public REST services for clients of the system. Additionally, in 2018 Elkida Bazaj became a Mathematics Tutor at the University of New York Tirana. In 2022, they became a Machine Learning Engineer at Twig, a B Corp. At Twig, their mission is to empower consumers to value, unlock, and enjoy wealth they never knew they had.

Elkida Bazaj is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Advanced Computer Science at the University of Birmingham, which is expected to be completed in 2022. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of New York Tirana in 2020. In 2017-2018, Elkida attended the Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University as part of their studies. Additionally, Elkida has obtained certifications in Python for Data Science from IBM in 2021 and Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 8 Programmer from Oracle.
