Dan Munko

Dan Munko has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Dan began their career as a Design Engineer at General Dynamics in 1988 and later joined Ingersoll Rand, where they held various positions such as Engineering Manager, Plant Manager, Global Engineering Manager, and Strategic Business Unit Manager. During their tenure at Ingersoll Rand, they successfully implemented lean manufacturing strategies, developed new products, and executed market plans.

After leaving Ingersoll Rand, Munko joined Genie Industries as an Engineering Manager and later took on the roles of Director of Operations and Senior Director of Operations. Dan played a key role in transforming Genie's production facilities and improving safety, quality, and delivery while increasing cost productivity.

Munko then moved on to Abodian Inc., where they served as the Chief Operations Officer and led the transformation of a build-to-order cabinet manufacturer into a focused and stable business. Dan implemented various systems and strategies to align organizational activity and stabilize the company's infrastructure.

Following their time at Abodian Inc., Munko joined Fluke Corporation as the Senior Director of Operations and later became the Vice President of North American Operations and FBS. Dan was responsible for overseeing multiple manufacturing sites and driving continuous improvement through the application of Lean practices.

Most recently, Munko joined Twin City Foods, Inc. as the Vice President of Operations, where they are currently responsible for the company's operations.

Dan Munko completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington, where they studied from 1982 to 1988.
