Amit Harari

Amit Harari has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Amit is currently working as the CFO at Twine Solutions Ltd, where they manage the finance department and provides strategic input for the company's overall business strategy. Prior to this, they served as the CFO - IPO Lead at Massivit 3D Printing Technologies Ltd, successfully leading the company's initial public offering on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Amit has also worked as the CFO at Micronet Ltd, where they managed all global finance operations, negotiated contracts, and engaged with suppliers and customers. Additionally, Amit has experience as the CFO at Gilat Satcom and as the Group CFO - Clal Finance at Clal Insurance & Finance. Before their CFO roles, they worked as a Financial Director at Cellcom and Director of Business Development at Gilat Satellite Networks. Amit started their career as an Economist at Bank Leumi and served as a Major in the Israel Defense Forces. Throughout their career, Amit has demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, budget control, cash flow management, international taxation, insurance, employee compensation and options plans, purchasing policy, fundraising, and risk management.

Amit Harari completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science & Business Management at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 1994 to 1998. Following this, Amit pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Business Management and Finance at the same institution from 1999 to 2002.
