Manasi Raje

Manasi Raje is a highly experienced chemical and microfluidics engineer with a strong focus on innovative technologies in biotechnology. Currently serving as a Staff Chemical Engineer at Twist Bioscience since April 2020, Manasi works on DNA data storage solutions. Previously, Manasi held the position of Microfluidics Engineer at Shield Diagnostics, where development of a microarray-based genomic platform for STI detection was accomplished, along with contributions to sepsis diagnosis. Earlier roles include R&D Lab Support Principal Technologist at Sandia National Laboratories, where electro-wetting on dielectric driven microfluidic devices was a primary focus, and R&D Principal Technologist at the Joint BioEnergy Institute. Manasi's foundational experience includes graduate research at UC Irvine, with a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, on topics like microfluidic device design and fabrication. Manasi also possesses experience in customer service and embedded systems development.
