Roscelie Dizon, RPm, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a People Operations Partner at Twist Resources since June 2018, after progressing through various roles including Agile HR Assistant and People Operations Coordinator. Responsibilities encompass the recruitment and onboarding processes for both technical and non-IT roles, maintaining HR databases, coordinating employee engagement events, and handling HRIS operations. Roscelie also plays a key role in evaluating HR processes and implementing improvements. Prior experience includes a position as Local Committee Vice President for Brand Management & Strategic Initiatives with AIESEC in the Philippines. Roscelie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology from the University of the Philippines, obtained in 2019.
