Ramtin Keramati

Ramtin Keramati currently works at Two Sigma in AI Research since August 2021. Prior to this role, Ramtin was a Ph.D. candidate at Stanford University from September 2015 to June 2021, specializing in Reinforcement Learning, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Safe AI. Ramtin also served as Head Teaching Assistant for courses in Reinforcement Learning and Deep Learning at Stanford, working under Emma Brunskill and Andrew Ng, respectively. Additionally, Ramtin gained experience as a Research Scientist at Apple focusing on Health Strategic Initiatives from June to October 2020, and completed internships in Data Science at Uber and Stitch Fix in 2017 and 2016, respectively. Ramtin holds a Ph.D. in Mathematical and Computational Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology.
