Jenny Stedman

Jenny Stedman has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Jenny began their career as a Litigation Assistant at Darryl J. Paul, Attorney at Law, where they assisted attorneys and clients with trial preparation and composed legal documents. Jenny then transitioned to the Client Service/Marketing Manager role at Provence Wealth Management Group, where they exceeded business goals and helped the firm achieve significant revenue.

Jenny then moved on to Team Makena as an Inside Sales Specialist, piloting a successful inside sales program and increasing revenue. Jenny later joined Nihon Kohden America as a National Inside Sales Representative, where they developed an inside sales program and played a key role in hiring and training new representatives.

In 2016, Jenny became an Executive Recruiter at CyberCoders, where they focused on placing software and hardware engineers in the automotive, aviation, aerospace, and geospatial sectors. Jenny then joined Novetta as a Senior Technical Recruiter and later took on the role of Recruiting Program Lead, recruiting talented individuals passionate about advanced analytics and supporting national security missions.

Currently, Jenny is the Technical Recruiting Lead at Two Six Technologies, where they provide cybersecurity and advanced technology solutions that are critical to U.S. national security.

Jenny Stedman obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Vanguard University of Southern California, completing their studies from 2010 to 2012. In addition, they acquired certifications as an AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter in January 2020 and an AIRS Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter in February 2019 from AIRS powered by ADP.
