Guy Simpson

Guy Simpson is a Senior Legal Counsel at twofour54 Abu Dhabi - Media and Entertainment Hub. With experience in various legal roles at firms such as Hogan Lovells and Reed Smith LLP, Guy specializes in international M&A transactions, joint ventures, commercial contracts, and regulatory affairs in the Middle East. Guy also took a sabbatical year in 2013 to travel through South America, learning Spanish along the way. Guy's educational background includes a Legal Practice Course (LPC) from Bristol Law School and a LLB (Hons) from Durham University.
