Tyrrell Harrell

Tyrrell Harrell is an experienced Chief Executive Officer who has been working in the entertainment industry for over 20 years. Tyrrell is the founder of TYDEF Studios LLC, which has become one of the top 3 audiobook production studios globally. Tyrrell has won two Audie Awards for their work as a Director and Post-Producer for Reel: Hollywood Renaissance and Delilah Green Doesn't Care, respectively. In 2023, they were nominated for a Grammy as the post-producer for Amanda Gorman’s Call Us What We Carry. Prior to founding TYDEF Studios LLC, Tyrrell worked as a Freelance Sound Designer/Storyboarder at Animated Storyboards, a Video Producer and a Project Manager/Digital Editor at John Marshall Media, Inc., a Studio Coordinator at Rich-Productions, an Assistant at Doppler Studios, and a Studio Assistant at Soapbox Studios.

From 2005 to 2009, Tyrrell Harrell attended Appalachian State University where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Industry Studies.
