Georgia Royce (nee Would) has a diverse work experience. Georgia began their career in 2011 as a Waitress for Event Management Catering Limited. In 2014 they took on the role of DL Kids Coach for David Lloyd Leisure. In 2016 they were an Auditor for KCOM. From 2017 to 2019 they were a Recruitment Consultant for Sellick Partnership. During the same time period, they were also a Recruitment Consultant for Emmerson Kitney and a Specialist Finance Recruitment Consultant for EK Financial Recruitment. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Senior People & Talent Executive and Internal Recruiter for Tyk.

Georgia Royce (nee Would) attended Wolfreton School and Sixth Form from 2007 to 2013 and then Leeds Beckett University from 2013 to 2016, where they earned a BA (Hons) in Business Studies.
