Lauren Hughes

Lauren Hughes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lauren currently works as a Middle Office Manager at Tyl by NatWest. Prior to this, they gained valuable experience in the finance sector at UK Export Finance, where they held roles as a Senior Underwriter, Underwriter, and Assistant Underwriter. Before entering the finance industry, they worked at LUSH | UK & Europe as a Supervisor and Sales Assistant. Additionally, they briefly served as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and worked as a Summer Workshop Facilitator at Think for the Future.

Lauren Hughes started their education in 2017 at Nottingham Trent University, where they attended Nottingham Business School. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics, which they completed in 2020. In 2018, they also had the opportunity to study Economics at SGH Warsaw School of Economics for a brief period. Prior to their university education, in 2016, Lauren obtained a certification in the CISI Introduction to Investment and Securities from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
