Rich Taylor

Rich Taylor is an accomplished executive at Tyler Technologies with over two decades of experience, currently serving as the VP of Organizational Alignment and Strategy and previously as Vice President of Payments. In these roles, Rich oversees corporate payments strategy and fosters cross-divisional alignment and execution initiatives. Prior positions include Senior Director of Business Alignment Initiatives, Director of Tyler Integrations, Software Engineering Manager, and Software Engineering Supervisor, where Rich played a pivotal role in product development and strategic execution. Rich's career began with software development roles at ML Technologies and FMC Corporation, complemented by an educational background that includes an MBA in Information Systems from the University of Maine, a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems from Idaho State University, and an Associate’s Degree in General Engineering Studies from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
