Scott Somerhalder

Scott Somerhalder currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Growth at Tyler Technologies, where leadership focuses on the Digital Solutions Division, driving product integration, growth strategies, and National Sales for State Enterprise Partnerships since April 2021. Prior to this role, Scott held various positions at NIC Inc. from December 1998 to April 2021, including Vice President of Operations, where significant contributions were made to secure the company's largest Federal contract and develop solutions addressing the COVID-19 pandemic. Scott's earlier roles at NIC included leadership as Regional Manager and General Manager across multiple states, achieving operational turnarounds, establishing new offices, and negotiating key contracts. Scott holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
