Janyne Peek Emsick

Janyne Peek Emsick, Ph.D., is an experienced organizational leader and educator with a diverse background in executive coaching, architecture, and academia. As President of YourExecutiveCoach.com since 1992, Janyne specializes in helping executives and teams overcome challenges to enhance leadership effectiveness and focus on results. In addition, Janyne serves as Principal at Emsick Architects, where the firm creates inspiring designs across various sectors, and as an adjunct faculty member at multiple institutions, including Creighton University and Tyndale University. Janyne's previous experience includes founding roles at Congo Initiative, as well as faculty positions at several graduate schools. Janyne holds a Ph.D. in Adult Learning & Transformational Leadership from Trinity International University and has obtained several certifications in negotiation and mediation.
