Shannon Carroll

Shannon Carroll is a Transformation Project Manager at the United States Agency for Global Media since February 2023. Prior to this role, Shannon served as a Senior Manager and Acting Director at the Partnership for Public Service where they played key roles in supporting presidential transition teams and managing external relationships. Shannon also worked as a Special Assistant to the President & CEO, overseeing special projects and high-level external relationships. In the past, Shannon gained experience as a Congressional Assistant and Intern at the U.S. House of Representatives. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science from UC Santa Barbara.
