Shadwa Elkady has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Shadwa started their career at Allianz Life as a Senior Insurance Specialist, where they managed bank account activities and implemented strategies to reduce policy cancellations. Shadwa then joined IBM as a Projects Coordinator, where they worked on network design and data-center relocations for global clients. After that, they worked at Red Square as an Account Manager, overseeing projects and collaborating with marketing and creative teams. Shadwa then moved to Arana Security, where they served as an IT Business Project Manager, leading the setup of new projects and improving administrative procedures. Shadwa later joined Olde Vechte Foundation as a Project Manager and Co-Trainer, managing international training programs and implementing organizational improvements. Currently, they work at International SOS as a Digital Transformation Project Manager and Implementation Lead, overseeing the development and deployment of medical services enterprise applications globally.

Shadwa Elkady completed their Bachelor of Business Information Technology degree in Information Technology Project Management from the Canadian International College (CIC) from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including a Positive Psychology Certificate from Harvard Health Publishing in 2022, a Life Coaching Certificate from the International Coaching Federation in 2019, and various other certificates in coaching, mentoring, training, insurance, negotiation, conflict resolution, and leadership.
