Brian O'Hern is a seasoned Senior Electronics Engineer at USAF, where Brian has been employed since May 1987, serving as Program Manager for Activity-Based Analysis and Intelligence. In this role, Brian oversees the research and development of advanced Ground Moving Target Indicator exploitation tools, providing engineering solutions for various applications including sensor and data fusion, modeling and simulation, and technology transition for the US Department of Defense and Intelligence Communities. Prior to USAF, Brian worked as an Engineering Technician at the Rome Air Development Center from May 1987 to April 1988, focusing on the development of code for visualizing 3D aircraft models and RADAR Cross Section estimates. Earlier experience includes serving as Proposal Supervisor at Norsac Masonry from June 1981 to August 1986, where Brian developed and approved work proposals. Brian holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering specializing in Radar Systems Technology from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Clarkson University.
