Jeffrey Crosse

Jeffrey Crosse, P.E. PMP, currently serves as Chief of the Engineering, Facilities, and Environmental Division at the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) since April 2021. Prior to this role, Crosse was Chief of the Planning & Facilities Division at Aberdeen Test Center from June 2019 to December 2021 and held various positions at the US Army Corps of Engineers from March 2008 to December 2021, including Project Manager and Lead Civil Engineer for significant projects. Crosse's experience encompasses overseeing complex design and construction initiatives, developing comprehensive management plans, and executing multiple projects simultaneously. Crosse's educational credentials include a Master of Engineering in Project Management and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering, both from the University of Maryland.
