Akshath Goyal

Akshath Goyal is a seasoned professional in business banking and payments, currently serving as Head of Business Banking Expansion Strategy at U.S. Bank since March 2024. Previously, Akshath held roles at Shopify, including Lead for Product and Payment Partnerships and Senior Manager for Business Development and Payment Partnerships. At TD, managerial responsibilities included ownership of Mobile Wallets and Retail Payments partnerships, alongside strategy development and product management. Akshath gained initial experience at PayU Payments as Assistant Manager for Legal and Regulatory, innovating financial products and leading regulatory compliance. A graduate of Ivey Business School with an MBA, Akshath also holds a BA.LLB. from West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences.
