Maxine Swayne

Maxine Swayne is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, strategy, and program management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Social Impact & External DEI Partnerships at U.S. Bank since August 2016, Maxine has held multiple senior positions including Chief Administrative Officer and Enterprise Program Management Director. Additionally, Maxine has been a Director at the Genesis Charitable Fund for Catastrophe Relief since January 2010, focusing on global hunger and community empowerment initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Managing Consultant at Greenway Solutions and various senior positions at Bank of America, where Maxine led risk management, operational efficiency, and change management efforts during significant transitions. Maxine holds a Master of Science in eCommerce from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
