Wanda Jannise Randall has a diverse work history in various organizations. Wanda Jannise started their career at the National Association of Drug Court Professionals, where they worked as a Training Specialist/Program Manager. Wanda Jannise then moved on to the Pretrial Services Agency for the District of Columbia, where they served as a Program Analyst/Contracting Officer's Representative. Following that, they joined Prince George's Community College as an Instructor, primarily teaching job readiness skills to youth in the county. Currently, they are employed at the U.S. Census Bureau, holding the position of Chief of the Development Contract Services Branch.

Wanda Jannise Randall holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, which they completed from 1995 to 1999.
