David Hammond obtained a Master's degree in Information Resource Management from Syracuse University between 1998 and 2000, and previously studied at the National Defense University from 1997 to 1998. Additionally, David Hammond earned a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from Cornell University, completing studies there from 1967 to 1972.
